You and your role
The Business Relationship Manager supports the provision of a professional Digital Partnering service between Digital and Operational, Corporate or Enterprise service groups within the Department.

You will works with appointed Senior and Lead Digital Partners ensuring successful delivery of their accountabilities in terms of customer support and service delivery.

You will be responsible for ensuring consistency in engagement and compliance with required Digital Partnering standards and framework to maintain effective relationships between Digital and DWP colleagues.

Required Skills
• Highly developed experience in building and developing effective working relationship with senior business managers and IT Services that bring IT and business working as one team.
• Proven customer focused professional skills with a good understanding of how technology can drive maximise business and operations delivery.
• Effective communication skills at all levels of the organisation, along with good interpersonal, diplomacy, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Self-managing with flexibility to adjust working style to fit with different teams.
• Proven experience in dealing with issues and complaints and ensuring these are dealt with through the relevant channels.
• Highly motivated with a commitment in the delivery of high-benefit, quality solutions and a champion of continual service improvement, actively improving and optimising current services.

Desirable skills & experience
• Experience in Public sector business where local requirements and corporate platforms have been successfully blended.
• Demonstrable business analysis experience involving re-engineering complex business processes.

ITIL v.3 Foundation Certificate
SFIA 6:
Business Analysis- Level 4
IT Strategy & Planning- Level 5
Configuration Management- Level 3
