Our digital, data and technology specialists work closely with experts in DWP Digital’s community to make digital services quicker, simpler and more efficient for the millions of people that use them.

We are looking for Digital Service Practice Managers to work with us on one of the largest transformation programmes in Europe, providing services that have far-reaching and pivotal roles in citizens’ lives. About you

As a Digital Service Practice Managers you’ll work closely with the Digital Service Practice Leads in each BPDTS Service Practice to build and develop a community of practice and the capability of each community’s members.

You will primarily be responsible for the development and performance management of a group of 15-25 practice members. You will play an important part in building capacity and capability to respond to requirements, now and in the future.

This rare and exciting role requires a candidate that has a huge amount of leadership experience within the IT and Digital industry. Your strong communication skills will allow you to form strong relationships with the team.
