We are looking for an IT Operations Controller to work with us on one of the biggest transformation programmes in Europe, providing services that have far-reaching and pivotal roles in citizens’ lives.

In BPDTS Ltd you will be part of an organisation responsible for the delivery of digital platforms and services, real-time analytics and flexible infrastructure, providing secure and resilient services to DWP. About you

As the IT Operations Controller you will provide hands-on leadership to day and 24/7 shift teams, using their experience to deliver a robust and industry best of class IT operational monitoring service.

You will have the crucial role of proactively detecting and responding to notifications and overseeing checks to ensure that systems and services are performing optimally, applying technical knowledge to understand end to end impacts, escalating any issues to resolution

You are someone who can plan, prioritise, monitor and allocate workload to the Operations analysts within team and who can oversee and support the performance and development of capability of team members
