We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge and practical understanding of JIRA to join us as a JIRA Administrator.

We use JIRA extensively to manage projects, workflows and to produce key data. It’s a key part of our agile journey. We want you to help us, and to help our partner DWP, get the very best out of the tool.

In BPDTS Ltd you will be part of an organisation responsible for the delivery of digital platforms and services, real-time analytics and flexible infrastructure, providing secure and resilient services to DWP. Joining an innovative, supportive, and fast growing community of skilled digital professionals you will work in agile and creative ways to improve public services, with the power to make a difference to the lives of 22 million UK citizens.

What are we looking for?

It would also be great if you have experience of automation, programming or scripting. And If you have experience creating JIRA plugins, scripts and report using the Atlassian REST APIs.

Where will you work?

BPDTS Ltd provides dedicated services to the Department for Work and Pensions. Our digital, data and technology specialists work closely with experts in DWP Digital’s community to make digital services quicker, simpler and more efficient for the millions of people that use them.

You’ll join us in one of our easy-to-reach digital hubs in Newcastle, Manchester or London. Each hub has been designed for and by members of our digital community. We provide the latest tech and tooling and foster a collaborative culture to help our agile, multi-disciplinary teams think big and try new things.
