Duties. Work. Projects

We’ll rely on you to resolve complex incident and problems and to provide authoritative technical advice to a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll also have chance to help us build our capability and our community, sharing your knowledge and passing on skills to those around you.

You’ll be supporting users, so you’ll have the communication skills and empathy to back up your solid technical grasp of how systems work.

We’re working with these technologies at present. You don’t need to be expert in all of them, and you’ll have chance to build new skills with us while you work:

• Microsoft 365
• Teams
• SharePoint and OneDrive
• Filestore in Azure
• Exchange Online and hybrid deployment

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?

Along with the ability to troubleshoot and identify problems across different technology capabilities you will need knowledge and experience in 3 or more of the following:
• Microsoft 365 Cloud Services
• Microsoft Exchange (on premise & cloud)
• Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive
• Microsoft Teams
• Filestore on Windows Server or Azure
