About You

The Product Support Manager will be Responsible for defining Product Support services and associated Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) across all relevant functions within the Model.

You will manage our fully functioning teams in supporting end users of our Products and Services, ensuring our users remain at the heart of what we do.

You’ll be comfortable engaging and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels to provide visibility of the service operation. And you’ll be happy leading the delivery and maintenance of an excellent Product Support knowledge base, with the aim of promoting self-help and reducing reliance on the support function.
