You and your role
As a Senior Agile Delivery Manager you will be accountable for the effective delivery of complex, high risk digital products and services using agile techniques and for the performance of an agile delivery team.
You will have a good understanding of software engineering, business operational process design, non-digital artefact design (e.g. paper forms), user research, user experience design and aspects of policy development that allows them to dynamically manage complex delivery at detailed task level.
You will be the experienced leader of agile/lean techniques within your team and will be tasked with ensuring the team is empowered to self-organise effectively.

You will have good communication skills and engage senior stakeholders to support the effective delivery of products and services. You will also have experience across a range of products and services and throughout most of the agile lifecycle.
