You and your role
We’re looking for skilled Agile Delivery Managers to join our team. For this Senior role, you will likely to have at least a couple of years’ direct experience of Agile Delivery at a good working level.
As a Senior Agile delivery Manager, you will deliver end to end projects including owning service delivery for a significant function or product and work closely with cross functional product teams to build a delivery roadmap.
You will have the ability to adapt and reflect, also able to recognise when something does not work and encourage a mind-set of experimentation .
You will provide agile leadership to a multi-disciplinary agile team and you’ll help embed agile principles and practices across the wider organisation and build and nurture the relationships with senior stakeholders.
What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?
You will have strong agile background with the experience of leading a delivery team.
You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and experience of managing stakeholders at a senior level.
You will act as mentors to other Agile Delivery Managers and build a network of agile delivery managers across government departments to share knowledge and best practices.
