We’re looking for talented Senior Digital Capability Managers to join our growing community of experts and become a key part of one of the biggest and highest-profile digital transformation programmes in the world.

You and your role
Delivering transition programmes, projects and services you will drive the improvement of Digital capability standards within DWP.
Designing, implementing and managing a variety of medium to large size projects. You will play the biggest of parts in planning, co-ordinating, communicating and monitoring of entire projects.
•You have IT/Project Management (APMP, BCS Certificate or Prince2).
•You are Qualified CIPD5/MCIPD or equivalent industry standard, or willing to work towards.
•You display detailed knowledge and understanding of management of Digital budgets that ensure effective monitoring and control to safeguard against breach of contract and non-compliance.
•You can contribute to the development of strategy and business needs including ownership of development and analysis.
•You have a track record of a detailed understanding of market needs and developing strategies for dealing with demand.
