You and your role

The challenge, scale, breadth and scope in our Infrastructure and Technology Asset space is unique and yours will be a role with major impact and influence.
As a Software/Hardware Asset Manager (TAM) you will be skilled in multiple disciplines, a role model in technology asset management, infrastructure operations and have proven experience in the design, development and support of TAM services and tools. Responsible for ensuring best practices are adhered to across the department and guiding teams on how to deliver quality TAM services.
You will have responsibility for the operational management of the TAM processes driving value for money by ensuring all assets are recorded and maintained accordingly. This includes hardware and software assets through all stages of the asset management lifecycle and all underpinning policies & processes.
This practice involves a deep understanding of license compliance, optimising purchase, entitlements, consumption, maintenance (both hardware & software). You will also be responsible for harvesting, procurement and cost efficiency in delivering hardware and software asset management services along with experience in vendor audits including major suppliers.
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrate significant level of experience in Technology Asset Management, delivering at all stages of the asset lifecycle, with substantiation of successful track record.
- Demonstrate significant experience of effectively communicating at different levels across a range of stakeholder, suppliers and vendors and senior leaders.
- Demonstrate significant experience of leading, supporting and mentoring the development of team members to successfully deliver high quality outcomes that meet customer needs and provide value for money.
- Demonstrate significant experience of suggesting and delivering innovative ideas for improvement and assessing customer satisfaction.
