We are looking for a talented Content Designer to work with us on one of the biggest transformation programmes in Europe, providing services that have far-reaching and pivotal roles in citizens’ lives.

You and your role

As a Content designer you’ll become a key part of brilliant User Experience Design community in BPDTS Ltd.

We are looking for a Content Designer who will make an impact in the exciting new arena of developing digital services for the UK Government. Better digital services in government will change the face of public services and have the potential to dramatically transform the future of millions of people.

We believe that good design means starting with user needs. Good design is something that works well for the people that need to use it. Our content designer work with the wider design teams across the organisation, in DWP and beyond.

As a Content Designer, you will work on a day to day basis with specialist developers, designers, policy and legal colleagues to produce world-class online services.

You will use your talent with the written word and your knowledge of technology an people to represent users making government services and information simpler, clearer and faster for citizens and businesses.

BPDTS Ltd provides dedicated services to the Department for Work and Pensions. Our digital, data and technology specialists work closely with experts in DWP Digital’s community to make digital services quicker, simpler and more efficient for the millions of people that use them.

You’ll join us in one of our easy-to-reach digital hubs in Blackpool

Each hub has been designed for and by members of our digital community. We provide the latest tech and tooling and foster a collaborative culture to help our agile, multi-disciplinary teams think big and try new things.

Our central hubs have the best of each location on the doorstep, and we have a range of facilities across the sites from coffee shops and restaurants, to table tennis, a swimming pool, gym facilities and loads more.
