Delivering team work

You and your role
As a Lead Agile Delivery Manager you will typically take accountability for multiple simultaneous service deliveries that combine to be of high complexity/risk. You are accountable for the performance of the agile delivery teams and also for the performance of other Agile Delivery Managers.

You will build and maintain multiple simultaneous teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating and working well. You will identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them and focus the teams on what is most important to the delivery of products and services.

You’ll also manage dependencies, risks, commercials, budgets, suppliers, people assignments and remove blockers. You will balance objectives and redeploy people/resources as priorities change.

You will be an experienced leader of advanced agile/lean techniques and can empower & organise delivery teams and Agile Delivery Managers.

You will have strong communication skills and will be responsible for understanding and managing complex senior stakeholders groups -balancing priorities and communicating between them.

You will also have extensive experience across a range of products and services and throughout the entire agile lifecycle. You will be an accessible experienced agile coach within the Delivery Manager community to improve others’ learning and to set standards for delivery.
