You and your role

In this Infrastructure Engineer role you will deal with the day to day management and development of ServiceNow related infrastructure products and contribute towards their design.
You will be responsible for the operational stability of these infrastructure solutions. You’ll monitor and maintain change on-going robustness and resilience of these products, making the changes you think are right.
Working as part of a delivery team with responsibility for specific products, you will collaborate with senior members of the Infrastructure community as well as experts from across Digital.

What are we looking for?

• You have experience in operations of ServiceNow application sets, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management.
• You have experience of managing releases using the ServiceNow related Software Delivery Lifecycle.
• You have experience of applying strategic direction to a ServiceNow platform.
• You have experience in supporting and mentoring the development of team members.
• You can communicate at different levels, across support and engineering, business users, architecture and 3rd party suppliers.
• You are a ServiceNow Certified Administrator, Develop, Implementation Specialist or equivalent experience / skills.
