We are looking for a Junior Agile Delivery Manager to join our Identity of Trust team, where you’ll work to support a multidisciplinary team at the leading edge of verification, identity, trust and authentications technologies.
This is an opportunity to join our Delivery Management community at the ground floor. We don’t often get chance to advertise jobs at this level.

As an Associate/Junior Agile Delivery Manager you will provide help & support to other Delivery Managers across the Identity & Trust Hub, supporting multi-disciplinary squads and managing key stakeholders.
Your initial focus will be on the development of the Dynamic Trust Hub; capturing and monitoring risks and issues, supporting delivery financial work, resource identification and on-boarding.
You will work with our Programme Management Office and Delivery teams on a day-day basis and develop a good understanding of the research, design and development activities which support a successful delivery.
You’ll take on governance for projects, utilising your facilitation and collaboration skills to support the teams providing a key link with Portfolio.

You’ll also be part of a brilliant Delivery Management community, led by our Head of Role Barry Traish. Barry is committed to investing in his people; he wants people to develop and move up the ladder as quickly as possible. He sees this role as a great chance to make that happen.
You will support and collaborate with our Lead Agile Programme Manager at the programme level too; ensuring programme deliverables and dependencies are met. That’s a great opportunity to soak up some experience.
As well as great learning opportunities and exposure on the job, you will be mentored by one of our Senior Delivery Managers. And we’ll support you as you take responsibility for developing your own knowledge and experience of agile techniques and best practices.
