We are looking for a talented Senior Infrastructure Engineer with Desktop skills and experience to work with us on a once-in-a-generation digital transformation of these services.

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer you will work with a team which has recently expanded to take ownership & control of the Desktop services from a long-term supplier.
Our aim is to provide a modern, reliable and flexible service that allows simple, secure access for deployment and management of modern desktop devices, using industry best practice for:
– Microsoft Configuration Manager, WSUS, Intune
– Windows 10 Builds and continued updates aligning with Evergreen
– Supporting Desktop Technologies to allow seamless integration to the whole End User Desktop experience.
What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
- 3rd / 4th line knowledge of Configuration Manager and W10 Desktops at the Enterprise level 30k Devices and above.
- 3rd line experience of Core Infrastructure Components Active Directory / DNS / DHCP / ADFS / GPO.
- Experience of working in a large, multi-supplier environment.
- Experience of technical-change impacting and performing changes in a live service environment.
- Experience Enterprise Scale Software Deployment Tooling and Desktop Management.

You’ll join us in our brilliant digital hub in Manchester. We’re right on St Peter’s Square, so really easy to get to by bike, bus, train or tram.
