Our Digital Academy gives you a range of ways to develop your skills and knowledge while working on projects that make a real impact. Our early talent programmes give you hands-on experience of delivering digital products and services that make a difference, as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Whether you join us on an apprenticeship, industrial placement, through T-Levels, or another career pathway, you’ll get a combination of hands-on experience and regular learning throughout.
You’ll have a supportive team, keen to help you develop, and your line manager will make sure you’re on track to achieve your development goals and shape your career. And, at the end of it, you’ll have opportunities to join us on a permanent basis.

Our Digital Academy works closely with our professional practices, including Agile Delivery, Architecture, Content Design, Data, Engineering, and User-Centred Design. Each practice has a tailored programme of apprenticeships and industrial placements to support early talent in their area.
We also provide a range of internships, including:
- the Summer Internship Programme (SIP)
- the Autism Exchange Internship Programme (AEIP)
- Going Forward into Employment (GFiE)
