We’re looking for someone to head up the Architecture Practice to work with us on one of the largest transformation programmes in Europe.

Key responsibilities

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team you will define services offered by the practice, setting out how they will be delivered and what excellence looks like.

You will assure delivery of digital services by practice members, many of whom will be embedded in DWP teams, providing regular technical direction and coaching as to how services are performed.

You will Work with DWP Practice Leads and BPDTS Heads of Ops to develop a deep understanding of customer needs both now and in the future, and define strategic, longer-term view of service demand

About you

The Delivery Management Service Practice Lead must have demonstrable experience of senior leadership in a digital environment, with the ability to build momentum for change across an organisation.

You’ll have a strong market presence, with an ability to communicate insight and technical excellence and a track record of reducing complexity and optimising delivery flow

You’ll have proven experience in developing large scale IT architecture and its application in a complex, multi-supplier environment against a background of organisational transformation, along with demonstrable proficiency across a broad range of technical domains to ensure Architecture is grounded in reality.
