We’re looking for talented Microsoft Suite Product Experts to join DWP’s exciting Digital Workplace project and become an integral part of one of the UK’s biggest and most high-profile digital transformation programmes, a once-in-a-generation tech-driven reform of government products and services.

In Manchester we are looking for an Email/Outlook specialist.

As our Product Manager and subject matter expert you’ll bring expertise in how users interact with email services, mainly Outlook but also secure email and discovery tools. Duties. Work. Projects

DWP deliver world-class digital solutions which touch the lives of millions of people, including our friends, neighbours and some of the most vulnerable people in our society. The Digital Workplace project is about creating a better working environment and experience for the people behind those solutions to ensure they stay equipped, motivated, informed and engaged.

By deploying new hardware and upgrading our software with the latest versions of Office 365, Skype and our rebooted staff intranet we’re making sure our people have the right tools and the latest professional digital skills. And we’ll keep evolving to meet the needs of our teams.

As a Microsoft Office 365 Product Subject Matter Expert you understand how our users interact with the Office 365 suite and help us get the most out of these most business critical products. You know and evangelise the features available to users, understand the user impact of changes and releases and you can produce communications and training materials to support users.
