We’re looking for talented End User Computing Managers with experience of leading IT Support teams to join our growing community of experts and become a key part of one of the biggest and highest-profile digital transformation programmes in the world.

You and your role

As an End User Computing Manager you will manage a team who coordinate provision of locally based IT infrastructure support (1st line) maintaining hardware and fixing technical incidents on behalf of end users and customers as well as building capability of End User Support analysts. You’ll lead a team of IT support specialists across multiple locations and be accountable for end-to-end user experience and service offering.

You will deliver coaching, guidance to end users to gain maximum value out of end user devices and other digital products. And you’ll coach and develop onsite support teams to become more pro-active, visible and technically capable to help resolve more issues more quickly.

You are accountable for the management of end user assets (e.g. hardware, software), ensuring stock is available to meet demand and you’ll be able to identify opportunities to embrace new technologies to enhance end-user experience and drive value for money.
