DWP Digital deliver products and services to 22 million people across the UK and we’re looking to add stellar Front End Developers to our User Experience Design teams with the goal of making the UK’s public services usable, consistently designed and efficiently built.

We have a number of exciting projects coming up using node.js, Jenkins and Microservices and we need Front End Developers to join our multi-disciplinary agile teams.
Our Front End Developers play an important part in delivering quality services to people who interact with DWP. We’re looking for people who can deliver coherent, accessible, fast, well-tested and easy-to-maintain services.
You and the role
The role involves working as part of a cross functional team, shaping and building a Service. You would be producing performant, high quality Front End code, using TDD and modern tooling and Pipelines.
You’ll work iteratively with other Engineers and User Centred Design professionals to create accessible services for citizens.
We are very interested in hearing from Front End Developers, Interaction Designers, UX Designers and Developers or those with commercial experience of Front End Development or Software Engineering with experience of modern tech stack skills
