Catch, dispatch and triage is your motto. You should have first line application infrastructure support experience and be keen to take on a big, new challenge.

You will collaborate across teams to carry out operational reviews and drive automation in business applications to deliver continuous business and service improvement, efficiency and outstanding customer service.

You’ll be working within Cloud (AWS and Azure) environments and traditional datacentres. You’ll have the opportunity to train, develop and be mentored by peers and senior members of the infrastructure, software development and architecture community. allowing you to craft your very own career path within any one or all of those disciplines.

Please note this role is on a 12-hour shift rota pattern; each 28-day shift rota consists of 14 shifts of 12 hours in accordance with the rota.
