What are we looking for?
- The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will have strong experience using Desktop and Virtualization technologies and systems (Citrix, XenApp/XenDesktop/Web Interface/Storefront/PVS/Appsense/SCCM/Windows10/Server 2016)
- You will have experience with Packaging technologies (AppV) – Desirable if the candidate has the experience to migrate older packages to current version (N – N-1)
- An experience of AD/DHCP/DNS/SQL
- You will have experience in providing Level 3 Support for the above technologies
- Managing and building capability in a team to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems across multiple technology domains
- An ability to effectively communicate at different levels, across support and engineering , business users, architecture and 3rd party suppliers
